How to Raise a Complaint

A friendly provider talking with a homeowner at the front door of a stucco home in Ontario

Last updated: October 2026

Boystudy Pest Control wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Boystudy Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what you said.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please keep in mind that Boystudy Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in California.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@boystudy.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unsettled

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
